Wear tiers create major price bands, but the strongest opportunities are often near tier boundaries.

CS2 wear tiers are labels derived from float ranges: Factory New, Minimal Wear, Field-Tested, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred.
Price bands
The market often prices each tier separately. A low-float Minimal Wear listing can trade close to Factory New, while a high-float Minimal Wear listing can behave more like Field-Tested.
